Chickens with Angel Wings

I am curious if its possible for chicks to have Angel Wings or is that just a waterfowl thing?

Never seen it in chickens, turkey soometimes feather out like they might but fixes it's self.

There little wings stick out kinda funny, but can grow and stay that way.

I have never seen chickens with angel wing just waterfowl. I could be wrong tho. Lou
