I have located a Jersey heifer calf that I want brought down to me, my Sister in law is willing if I can get a cage to put the calf in for the trip home. Prefer a wire dog crate if I could find one, would bring it back up to you in about 2 weeks time...Would need to be a large or extra large size kennel.

So you are looking for a kennel, not a ride? Do I have that right?

I am about an hour south of Westlock. I will have to measure my kennel.

Yes I have a ride just no kennel...Not sure my ride would drive to you though. Let me know what it measures though if you are willing to part with it for a couple weeks and I will see what she says.

Rosie where do you live? And how big is the kennel.
This little girl is only 50 lbs, so tiny, but not sure how much leg she has?

Never mind I see where you are from now. I will have to see if she would be willing to drive down to you.

WhEn does the crate need to be in westlock? Mine is 30 inches wide by 32 high by I think 42 long. I use it for my lab/ mastiff and min pin. They share a bed when I have it set up.

Hi Jayme, I have one that you can borrow (no rental)just return it clean as it has only been used once. I think that mine is an extra large. Could you pick it up when you come to my house on the 29th. There would be no hurry to return it, just when it would be convenient for you like maybe at Ty's or some other event.

My sister in Law will be heading home Sunday, so would need it by Saturday night. JUst not sure 32" will be tall enough...

Dan thanks for the offer, but need it up at Westlock since she is bringing the calf from North of there.

I am going to check into how much the bus will be to get a kennel shipped up there, I have a large one I use for calves here, just never thought this lady would have a calf for me, I have been on her waiting list for years.

Rosie is this crate available? I am trying to get my SIL to come meet you, do you have a number she could reach you at (PM me). I measured mine and it is 34" tall so thinking yours would work.

Not a problem at all. We are just lucky we have amazing neighbors who came and plowed our drive shortly before we wanted to go. We must have gotten at least a foot of snow plus the wind drifting it so ya. Once we got off our gravel road the roads were fine. Glad your getting your little heifer!!!!
