Saturday May 28th from 12 Noon to 4pm at the Bulkley Valley Exhibition Grounds in Smithers BC.
This is the 2nd Biannual Poultry swap and I am looking forward to seeing a big turnout this year. I am not the organizer but thought I would advertise this anyways. Perhaps someone on this forum is close enough to come have a look?

Just found out sale is cancelled due to Flooding

Oh serjay Im glad you seen that and hadnt left yet with load of animals! Its too bad Especially since the flood warning has been in effect for a couple days already. I wsh they would have announced it sooner...or at least the possibility of a cancellation! Sheesh!

I didn't have much at all to go but my son was really really looking forward to this and had his wallet already hidden away in my van so he's sad. I hope they reschedule. I'm a bit annoyed as I only found out by way of someone else telling me and even though I registered as a seller I never received any notification!

I think they plan on rescheduling, SerJay. I was so looking forward to going and meeting everyone (and the buying and selling of coarse)! I even had my cages loaded on a trailer to take to the cable car. It's strange you didn't get an email. I got one later that evening... I was wondering if you knew.

Silkie I received an email from Karona who forwarded the cancelation email because she knew I'd planned to go. I never did receive any notification and I did register as seller so I don't know why I was missed. Anyways, if it is rescheduled I hope I'll get notified but I probably won't have anything to sell. My kids were excited to seeing your frizzles and polish

Awe! That's so sweet! I've sold some of the Frizzle X Polish, but still have a couple left (rooster, and a baby boy), for now.

Well, one way or another, we will be sure to let you know when the sale would be!
